Project construction scale: Hangzhou Xinkai Transmission Machinery Co., Ltd. plans to invest 80 million yuan, 10,516 square meters of newly acquired land (Xinyu Village, Xinwan Street) to build production houses. After the completion of the plant, the existing production line will be relocated to the new factory. The new heat treatment process and equipment will be added. After the relocation, it will form an annual production capacity of 5,000 sets of SWC ships, power propulsion and vibration-reduction strengthening universal joints, and 10,000 sets of military constant-speed drive shafts and universal joints.

Ambient air impact: The waste gas of this project is mainly the non-methane total hydrocarbon produced by the heat treatment process. The enterprise's heat treatment organic waste gas emission meets the “New Pollutant Emission Limit Level 2” standard and other corresponding standards requirements of the “Integrated Emission Standard for Air Pollutants” (GB16297-1996). The maximum floor concentration and rate of the project's exhaust gas are small, meeting the corresponding standard requirements, and have little impact on the surrounding atmospheric environment, and do not touch the bottom line of the atmospheric environment quality.
Water environment impact: There is no production wastewater in this project, and the wastewater is mainly domestic sewage of employees. After the canteen wastewater is treated by the grease trap, it is treated with the other domestic sewage through the septic tank to reach the Class III standard of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB8978-1990), and then included in the municipal sewage pipe network, and finally discharged into the Linjiang Wastewater Treatment Plant for treatment. On this basis, the project wastewater discharge has little impact on the surrounding water environment and does not touch the water environment quality bottom line.
Acoustic environmental impact: The noise contribution value of the four-year boundary of the project is 50.1-52.4dB(A) when it is normally engaged in production activities, which can meet the requirements of Class 2 standard of Environmental Noise Emission Standard for Industrial Enterprises (GB12348-2008). Solid waste impact: The solid waste generated by the project includes industrial solid waste and domestic waste. The scraps are collected and sold to the material recovery unit; the waste cutting fluid, waste engine oil, waste cleaning agent water, and waste quenching oil enterprises are entrusted to the qualified units for recycling and disposal; the waste catalyst enterprises are collected and disposed of by the manufacturers; the domestic garbage is sanitation The department unified transportation.
